Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Returns or exchanges can be requested within 7 days of delivery.

Products must be unused, unopened and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, opened or used haircare products cannot be returned.

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, contact us within 24 hours with your order details and clear photos or an unboxing video.

Approved refunds will be processed after the product is inspected. Delivery charges are non-refundable.
